Welcome to the Robo-Advisor Platform ("Platform") for IoT Startups, provided by IoT Hub, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). This Platform offers a range of services and software designed to assist IoT startups in achieving their business goals through advanced analytics and advice.

By accessing or using this Platform, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by this Software License Agreement ("Agreement"), including our Global Privacy Statement, and any future modifications, as the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between us, superseding any proposal or previous agreement, oral or written, and any other communication relating to the subject matter of this agreement.

By using the Platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to this Agreement, and "you" refers to that organization.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, IoT Hub, Inc. hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your internal business operations. You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the functionality of the Platform.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account and restrict access to your computer and devices.
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations with respect to your use of the Platform.

Some services offered on the Platform may require payment. You agree to pay any fees charged for your use of the Platform. Fees are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this Agreement.

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform shall remain the property of IoT Hub, Inc. and its licensors. No rights are granted to you other than as expressly set forth in this Agreement.

Our use of any personal information you provide during the account creation and usage of the Platform is governed by our Global Privacy Statement, which is part of this Agreement.

IoT Hub, Inc. reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will post the revised version on the Platform, along with an updated revision date. By continuing to use the Platform after we post any such changes, you accept the Agreement, as modified.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of this Agreement.

This Agreement and your use of the Platform shall be governed by the laws of Delaware without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
